I first came upon the Alexander Technique in 2009, as I had a major back injury due to fall, and I felt that the Alexander Technique would help me. I took individual lessons, which initially helped the physical side of the injury, then being so interested in the technique I continued to get lessons as I was being helped, not only physical but also emotionally and mentally. Between 2015 and 2019 I trained and graduated from the Alexander Teacher Training College in Moycullen, Co Galway.

It has become second nature to use Alexander Technique in everyday life situations since then. Whether I am walking in nature, weeding in the garden, throwing out a hose line as a fireman, sitting anywhere, or singing and dancing. I am a happier person and the journey continues. Alexander Technique can bring about a change in your life.

What to Expect

Our Best Practices

Alexander Technique sessions can be tailor-made to your specific needs / requirements. Some of our past workshops have covered improved performance in sports, musical instruments etc.
Our classes and workshops involve identifying harmful posture habits that could be the cause of stress, pain and other similar related tension.

Completed weekly to meet realistic goals. Lessons typically last 45 minutes to 1 hour.
